AFINA Group Donates 10 Starlink Systems to Support the Military as Part of Its Cooperation with the Vinnytsia Community

August 13, 2026

AFINA Group has donated 10 Starlink satellite communication systems at the request of the Vinnytsia City Council. The equipment will be provided to military units that receive ongoing support from the community. The systems were handed over on behalf of the company by Andrii Krushelnytskyi, Director of PJSC Vinnytsiapobuthim. The donation marks another practical step in AFINA Group’s cooperation with the Vinnytsia City Council, formalized through a Memorandum of Cooperation signed in June 2026.

“The City Council approached us with a specific request for equipment needed by the military, and we responded. Today, businesses should use their resources and capabilities where they are needed most. Supporting Ukraine’s Defense Forces remains one of AFINA Group’s key priorities, and we are ready to continue this cooperation with the city,” said Andrii Krushelnytskyi.

Cooperation with Vinnytsia has become an important area of AFINA Group’s activities following the acquisition of PJSC Vinnytsiapobuthim. At the end of 2025, the company became the owner of the enterprise and launched a large-scale program to restore and develop its manufacturing operations.

In June 2026, AFINA Group and the Vinnytsia City Council signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The memorandum provides for joint efforts to develop the community’s economic potential, create jobs, support professional training, assist veterans, implement social initiatives, and support Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

The donation of 10 Starlink systems is one of the practical steps taken as part of this cooperation.

AFINA Group has been operating in the Ukrainian market for more than 20 years, developing its distribution, logistics, own brands, and manufacturing businesses. The acquisition of Vinnytsiapobuthim became one of the company’s strategic development initiatives and significantly expanded its manufacturing capabilities.

Today, AFINA Group is gradually restoring the plant’s production capacity and investing in manufacturing processes, laboratory capabilities, and team development. The facility already manufactures products under the company’s own Vukhastyk and SARMIX brands, while also expanding contract manufacturing and private label production for Ukrainian retail chains.

Alongside the restoration and development of the manufacturing facility, AFINA Group is strengthening its cooperation with Vinnytsia and plans to remain actively involved in the life and development of the local community.

“We came to Vinnytsia with long-term plans. We are restoring a major Ukrainian manufacturing enterprise, increasing production, developing our team, and we want our cooperation with the city to grow alongside the plant. The memorandum we signed defined the key areas of this cooperation, and our task now is to turn them into tangible actions,” added Andrii Krushelnytskyi.

AFINA Group will continue its cooperation with the Vinnytsia City Council and support initiatives aimed at assisting Ukrainian service members and contributing to the development of the local community.

Remember that Ukraine’s defenders can also be supported through trusted and verified channels.
