Private Joint-Stock Company “Vinnytsiapobuthim” is one of Ukraine’s leading production facilities in the household chemicals sector, with a long-standing history and significant industrial potential. Originally established as a specialized plant for the manufacturing of laundry and home care products, the enterprise has spent decades building deep industry expertise.
Over the years, Vinnytsiapobuthim underwent several stages of modernization, changes in ownership, and shifts in management structure. In 2022, the asset was transferred under the management of ARMA and subsequently entered the privatization process in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. In recent years, the company’s production capacity has been stabilized and partially modernized, enabling the full restoration of operational activity. In December 2025, AFINA Group acquired PrJSC Vinnytsiapobuthim, integrating it into its own production ecosystem.
Today, Vinnytsiapobuthim operates as a modern full-cycle manufacturing complex that combines industrial facilities, a state-of-the-art laboratory, and a team of skilled professionals with long-term experience in the household chemical industry. The enterprise provides formulation development, production, packaging, and distribution services for both Ukrainian and international partners. The site manufactures successful national brands such as Vukhastyk and SARMIX, as well as other products under contract manufacturing and private label formats.
