AFINA Group has joined the Corporate Blood Donation initiative to help strengthen the supply of donor blood for hospitals in Dnipro, where military personnel and civilians are treated daily. The need for blood is constant, and the company is committed to encouraging its team to donate regularly throughout the year.
During the most recent donation wave, AFINA Group employees donated blood over several consecutive days at the Dnipro Regional Blood Transfusion Center. Dozens of colleagues from various departments took part — people with big hearts and a genuine desire to help those fighting for their tomorrow.
“This is not a one-time campaign for us — it’s part of AFINA Group’s culture of mutual support,” said Olena Sobolieva, HR Director at AFINA Group. “We are building a long-term corporate donation program: informing our team, organizing convenient donation slots, and emphasizing the safety of the process. Each donation is a real, tangible contribution to doctors and patients in our city.”
AFINA Group develops its corporate blood donation efforts in partnership with local medical institutions and civic initiatives. The company plans to continue holding information sessions for employees, organizing group donation events, and supporting internal recognition programs for donors.
