At Ukraine’s largest logistics and distribution event — the XXXIII Logistics Day & DistributionMaster-2025 conference — AFINA Group shared its practical expertise in supply chain management. The event served as a key platform for discussing emerging technologies, the transformation of logistics amid wartime conditions, and strategies for market development. AFINA Group’s participation highlighted its role as one of the country’s leading national operators ensuring the resilience of FMCG supply chains across Ukraine.
A central topic of discussion was demand forecasting and inventory management. In a joint presentation, AFINA Group’s Logistics Director Valentyn Belyaiev and Mykhailo Taran, founder of 4PROFIT GROUP, showcased the company’s implementation of the 4PROFIT SCM system. This technological solution enhances forecast accuracy, optimizes stock management, and enables AFINA Group to operate within a significantly more resilient business model. The collaboration with 4PROFIT GROUP has become a key element in the company’s digital transformation of logistics processes.
The event also underscored the strategic importance of logistics in supporting AFINA Group’s private label portfolio — including Vukhastyk, SARMIX, and iFresh. Thanks to efficient supply chain operations, these Ukrainian brands are consistently present on shelves across national retail chains, while the company’s distribution network now spans Ukraine, the EU, Moldova, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Panelists emphasized that the growth of Ukrainian brands depends on the development of a fully integrated domestic logistics cycle with a high level of automation, analytics, and quality control.
