April 27, 2026

The visit took place as part of the implementation of the national “Made in Ukraine” policy during a working trip of the delegation to the Vinnytsia region. AFINA Group welcomed representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Federation of Employers of Ukraine at its production facility in Vinnytsia. The delegation included Dmytro Kysylevskyi, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development and coordinator of the “Made in Ukraine” policy in Parliament, Mykola Kucher, Member of Parliament of Ukraine, Ruslan Illichov, CEO of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, Ihor Huzhva, Advisor to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development, and Vitalii Chuba, Executive Director of the Vinnytsia Regional Federation of Employers.

The guests were given a tour of the production facility. The Vinnytsiapobuthim plant has a history spanning nearly a century and, following its acquisition by AFINA Group, is currently undergoing active transformation. The facility’s production capacity reaches up to 6,000 tons of dry laundry products and 3,000 tons of liquid products per month, with 13 packaging lines and more than 15,000 sq. m of industrial space. A unique feature of the plant is its 44-meter tower, where tower spray-drying technology is used to produce laundry detergents. The enterprise also operates a certified full-cycle laboratory, covering everything from product development to quality control. Its product portfolio includes Vukhastyk, SARMIX, Polar Shine, and Helmann, as well as contract manufacturing for private label brands.

During the visit, the parties discussed the company’s development prospects and available government support instruments for manufacturers, including affordable loans under the 5–7–9% program, grants for processing enterprises of up to UAH 8 million, recovery grants of up to UAH 16 million, the National Cashback program, export support via the NAZOVNI platform, war risk insurance through the Export Credit Agency (ECA), and the “Support Point” program.
By the end of 2026, the company plans to modernize equipment, launch new production lines, expand into cosmetics and hygiene product segments, and increase its workforce by 50%. The export direction is also actively developing: products are already supplied to Moldova, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Uzbekistan, while the company is currently working on certification for entry into the EU market.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Ukrainian FMCG market, AFINA Group is a reliable supplier to most national and local retail chains and partners with international companies such as L’Oréal, Unilever, Henkel, Beiersdorf, Reckitt, and Johnson & Johnson. The company views government support programs as an important driver for the development of domestic manufacturing and advocates for ongoing dialogue between business and government.
