Smart cleanliness — on the air: “Vukhastyk” launched an educational radio project for the whole family

In April, the family brand “Vukhastyk” launched a large-scale educational radio project “Family Hour” in partnership with the “Business Radio” network and pediatrician and allergist Halyna Yukhymenko. This project became the first initiative within the long-term concept “Smart Cleanliness — Safely and Effectively”, which aims to form a culture of rational use of detergents in Ukrainian families.

The Family Hour program is a series of live, practical radio broadcasts in which a guest expert – pediatrician Halyna Yukhymenko – talks about how everyday laundry can turn from a routine chore into conscious care for the health and comfort of every family member. The focus is on safety, efficiency, and care for the environment.

The project carries several important messages at once. First, it rethinks the positioning of the Vukhastyk brand: from an exclusively children’s product, the brand is transformed into a universal ally for the whole family, while remaining true to its philosophy – safe cleanliness from the first days of life. And second, it emphasizes that real care is in the details: washing temperature, composition of products, rinsing quality, drying method and even the choice of fabrics.

“Our goal is not just to remind you how to wash properly, but to help shape the consumer’s new attitude towards detergents. We strive to be not only a brand on the shelf, but also a partner in daily care for the family’s health. Radio as a channel gives us the opportunity to speak to the audience frankly and with expert depth,” comments the marketing department of AFINA Group (owner of TM “Vukhastyk”).

The topics of the programs cover the most relevant aspects of household hygiene: how to choose the right washing temperature, which is better – gels or powders, how to avoid irritation in people with sensitive skin, when it is worth using an additional rinse, how fragrances affect allergic reactions, which fabrics are truly “friendly” with the skin, why washing is also allergy prevention, and many others.

The format of the radio broadcasts was not chosen by chance: it is the voice of a specialist, calmly and confidently explaining complex things in simple words, that creates a feeling of support and trust. And the caring tone of the program echoes the image of “Vukhastyk” himself – soft, kind, family-oriented. After all, “Vukhastyk” is more than a detergent. It is a symbol of trust, comfort, and a responsible attitude to each stage of family life.

It is worth adding that all the brand’s products are created according to the principles of “smart cleanliness”: they do not contain phosphates, microplastics, aggressive components or dyes, and also require less water for rinsing and work effectively even at low temperatures. This allows you to save resources without compromising the result, and most importantly, your health.
