The year 2025 marked a strategically important stage in AFINA Group’s development. The company reached a new level by integrating distribution, logistics, private labels, and manufacturing into a unified business ecosystem.
A key milestone of the year was the acquisition of the household chemicals plant Vinnytsiapobuthim — an enterprise with a century-long history and one of the industry’s core assets.
The acquisition of Vinnytsiapobuthim significantly strengthened AFINA Group’s manufacturing capabilities and enabled the transition to a full-cycle operational model. The plant offers a complete production cycle in the household chemicals category, creating opportunities for both in-house brands and contract manufacturing for retail chains.
Its integration into AFINA Group’s structure creates the foundation for production modernization, implementation of advanced technologies, job preservation, and the development of the region’s industrial potential.
In 2025, the private label direction, AFINA Brand Lab, became one of the most dynamic areas within the company. The portfolio includes 15 brands and more than 200 SKUs, including “Vukhastyk”, iFresh, Family Home, and others.
A key highlight of the year was the launch of the SARMIX household chemicals brand, which quickly secured its position in the market and established a new direction within AFINA Group’s portfolio. As part of World Cleanup Day, a project involving SARMIX brought together 244,000 participants across the country, reinforcing the brand’s role as a driver of cleanliness culture and responsible consumption.
In 2025, AFINA Group’s private labels also expanded internationally, entering the markets of Georgia and Azerbaijan. Additional confirmation of consumer trust came with “Vukhastyk” and iFresh winning the national Choice of the Year 2025 award.
By the end of the year, nearly 4 million units of laundry products had been sold, demonstrating steady growth and the scale of the private label segment.
In 2025, AFINA Group’s distribution segment remained one of the key drivers of the business. With over 20 years in the FMCG market, the company has built a network serving more than 20,000 retail outlets across Ukraine.
During the year, AFINA Distribution delivered 125 million units of partner brands to store shelves — including L’Oréal, Beiersdorf, Unilever, Henkel, Schwarzkopf, Reckitt, Johnson & Johnson, Bic, and others. This ensures the stable presence of both international brands and AFINA Group’s own products in national and local retail chains.
The company’s distribution model is based on an omnichannel approach, advanced data analytics systems, and proprietary software, enabling automation of sales teams and improved operational efficiency. According to partner surveys, satisfaction with AFINA Distribution reached 8.9 out of 10 in 2024.
AFINA Group’s logistics division continued its systematic development in 2025. The company manages over 75,000 sq. m of warehouse space, including 15 Class A and B warehouses across key regions of Ukraine. The opening of a modern branch and warehouse in Lviv marked an important step in strengthening logistics capabilities in the western region.
AFINA Logistics confirmed compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 28000:2007, and obtained ISO 22000:2018 certification, confirming the safety of food logistics operations.
Over the year, the company handled 275,000 tons of cargo, providing a full range of logistics services — from storage and transportation to fulfillment and import-export operations.
In 2025, AFINA Group continued its systematic charitable activities. Over the year, the company allocated more than UAH 6.5 million to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and delivered over 60,000 units of products to children’s foundations, social institutions, and humanitarian initiatives.
On the occasion of Trade Day, AFINA Group allocated UAH 1 million to support wounded soldiers in hospitals. Continued support was also provided to military units, including the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine “Khartia”, as well as to mobilized employees and their families.
The year 2025 reinforced AFINA Group’s position as a national full-cycle operator — from manufacturing household chemicals at its own facilities to distribution, logistics, and the development of private labels in international markets.
The company continues to invest in production, develop its brands, support regional growth, and create long-term value for consumers and partners.
Recognition of its systematic approach to business and team development includes AFINA Group’s inclusion in the Top 100 Best Employers of Ukraine 2025 by Delo.ua, as well as being named “Enterprise of the Year” in the international economic ranking League of the Best.
